Details of The Attending Registration
Join as Presenter
If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend NEMD 2026 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration.
Join as Listener
NEMD 2026 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.
Note*
1. Regular Registration: Submit a full paper to publish and present at the conference.
2. Student author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author).
3. Additional paper: Extra papers submitted by the same first author, excluding the first paper.
4. Extra Page: If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages(begin at page 7) should be paid at 50USD (300RMB) / page.
5. Presenter: Only submit abstract to present at the conference.
6. Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.
7. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee
8. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
9. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
10. At least 20% of registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
