Wei Lai, Associate professor, Master's Supervisor, IEEE Senior member, Be selected Stanford University Top 2% Scientists List 2022. The main research interests are the reliability of power modules, the application of power electronics for electric power generation, and the development of condition monitoring methods for power electronic converters. Be awarded the 2nd Prize for Chongqing City Scientific and Technological Progress Award, Twice. Be awarded the First Prize for Chongqing City Excellent Teaching Achievement. Have published more than 40 papers in journals or conferences, which are cited more than 840 times, H-index is 14, and i10-index is 21 in Google Scholar. Co-authored and published two monographs. More than 10 Chinese invention patents were authorized. 

赖伟，副教授、硕士生导师、IEEE高级会员、入选2022年爱思唯尔“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”。主要研究方向为电力电子器件可靠性、电力电子技术在发电中的应用以及电力电子变流器状态监测方法的开发。获重庆市科技进步二等奖2次。获重庆市优秀教学成果一等奖。在期刊或会议上发表论文40余篇，被引840余次，h指数14, Google Scholar i10-index 21。合著并出版专著2部。获授权发明专利10余项。
