王瑾教授，南京邮电大学

Professor of  Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, College of Telecommunications & Information Engineering.Graduated from the Department of Electronic and Communication Engineering of University of Karlsruhe, Germany (one of the first three elite universities in Germany), with a master's degree and a doctor's degree. From June 2008 to December 2011, postdoctor and senior researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute of Communication in Germany, namely Heinrich Hertz Institute (the world's top research institute in the field of optical communication).

The core member of the entrepreneurship and innovation team (career innovation) in Jiangsu Province, the 11th batch of high-level talents in the "six talent peaks" in Jiangsu Province. In 2007, he won the "China National Outstanding Self-funded Student Award", the German Research Association Scholarship in 2003, and the Heinrich Hertz Scholarship in 2002.Presided over 1 general research project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 general research project of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, 1 scientific research start-up fund of the Ministry of Education for returned students, 1 forward-looking industry-university-research project of Jiangsu Province, and presided over and participated in many international cooperation projects. He has published nearly 100 academic papers (including 51 first authors or correspondence authors) in domestic and foreign publications and conferences, and applied for 21 national invention patents. Published one English monograph and one chapter of English scientific and technological works.

南京邮电大学通信与信息工程学院教授，博士生导师。德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学（德国首批三所精英大学之一）电子与通信工程系毕业，获硕士、博士学位。2008/06-2011/12在德国弗劳恩霍夫通信研究所即海因利希·赫兹研究所（光通信领域世界顶级研究所），博士后、高级研究员。

江苏省双创团队（事业创新类）核心成员，江苏省“六大人才高峰”第十一批高层次人才。2007年获“中国国家优秀自费留学生奖”，2003年获德意志研究联合会奖学金，2002年获海因利希·赫兹奖学金。主持国家自然科学基金-面上研究项目1 项，主持江苏省自然科学基金-面上研究项目1 项，教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项，江苏省前瞻性产学研项目1项，主持及参与国际合作项目多项。在国内外刊物及会议上发表了近100篇学术论文（其中第一作者或通信作者51篇），申请国家发明专利21 项。 出版一本英文专著1本及英文科技著作的1 章。
