胡传双教授，华南农业大学

Dr. & Prof. & Dean Chuanshuang Hu, College of Materials and Energy, SCAU. He was honored to be the National Leading Talent in Forestry and Grass Science and Technology Innovation of the National Forestry and Grass Administration Bureau, P.R of China, and the Guangdong Provincial Dingying Science and Technology Award. He has been engaged in teaching, scientific research, and social services in the field of biomass composite materials for more than ten years, whick makes significant contributions to the material processing and utilization of biomass resources. He has won five important research awards including the first Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Awards (2021, Rank No.1) due to the big research outcomes. He has an experience to run 30+ scientific research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the sub projects of the 13th Five Year Key R&D Plan, and the Guangdong provincial projects. He has published more than 100 academic papers, 38 patents & software copywright. He is also active as the Secretary General of Natural Fiber Composites Professional Committee of China Composite Society, member of China Wood Standardization Committee, chairman of Guangdong Wood and Bamboo Processing and Utilization Professional Committee, director of the key laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and other social posts.

现任材料与能源学院院长，入选国家林草局全国林草科技创新领军人才、广东省丁颖科技奖，主持获广东省科技进步奖一等奖等省部级科技奖励2项，主要参与获广东省科技进步奖二等奖等省部级科研奖励3项。长期以来从事生物质复合材料领域的教学、科研和社会服务工作，为区域生物质资源材料化加工利用做出了显著贡献。主持国家自然科学基金、十三五重点研发计划子课题、广东省应用专项等科研课题30多项，国内外发表学术论文100多篇，获专利&软著38件。兼任中国复合材料学会天然纤维复合材料专业委员会秘书长、中国木材标准化委员会委员、广东省木竹材加工利用专业委员会主任委员、农业农村部重点实验室主任等10多项社会职务。
