Zhang Jingcheng, chief engineer, senior engineer and doctoral candidate of the Chemical Business Department of CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., was selected as the "131" innovative talents in Tianjin and the first "young scientific and technological talents" of CNOOC Group. He has been engaged in the research and development of refining catalysts and industrial technologies. As the principal or backbone, he has undertaken 21 scientific research projects at all levels, including the National Fund for Enterprise Joint Innovation Fund and the top-level design sub project of CNOOC, published 21 core journal papers, obtained 42 authorized invention patents, and participated in the preparation of 6 enterprise standards. It has won 16 awards at all levels, including the second prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of the Group Company Science and Technology Progress Award, the third prize of Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of the Group Company Quality Management Achievement Award.
