高莉彬，副教授，目前研究方向集中在微波介电材料、介电可调薄膜与集成器件、TGV技术及三维集成的开发。 近年来，发表SCI论文30余篇，获得国家授权发明专利5项，主持多项国家级、省部级科研项目。担任国际SCI期刊Ceramic-Silikaty编委成员（Editorial Board），Journal of Alloys and Compounds，Ceramics international，Journal of American Ceramic Society，Journal of Applied Physics A, Thin Solid Films等多个SCI杂志审稿人。

英文介绍：

At present, Libin Gao, Dr., Associate professor. Her researches focus on microwave dielectric materials, dielectric tunable thin films and integrated device, TGV technology and three-dimensional integration. Recently, she published more than 30 journal articles, 5 authorized invention patents, besides hosted and participated more than 10 research projects, which including the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Meanwhile, she also serves as an editor of Ceramic-Silikaty, and reviewer of some SCI journals such as Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of American Ceramic Society，Journal of Applied Physics A, Thin Solid Films, etc.
